Elite Skill trading between characters - Guild Wars Forums

Recently i bought prophecies and my dervish in nightfall is way deeper into the campaign than my necromancer in prophecies. If i capped an elite skill with my dervish, would my necromancer be able to use it? (assuming the elite was a necromancer's)

Each PvE toon must cap their own elites. Doing so does unlock it so it is available to a PvP toon or to heroes.
